Spring 2023 this business opportunity was presented to us, and May 1, 2023 we officially purchased the business! We have Faith that this opportunity will lead us to the great things God has in store for our family. As proud parents of four young children, our lives are full of love and a little chaos.

We are actively working towards a healthy lifestyle amidst our life's busy demands. We are here to help you achieve a healthier version of you too! 


Our journey here began when we made the life-changing decision to move to Cushing, Oklahoma in 2020 not knowing anyone. This move not only brought us closer to the beauty Oklahoma has to offer, but also inspired us to embark on a mission to serve our community in more ways than one.
